Call Pickup in Callmanager hunt group

Cisco Callmanager by default doesn't allow phone in hunt group to pickup each other even they're also in the same Call Pickup Group.

To enable this you need to edit some configuration.

1. From the CM Administration Page, Select System> Enterprise Parameters.
2. Find the section Cisco Support use, enter CSCsb42763 in Cisco Support Use1 and save.


3. In your hunt pilot configuration, choose Call Pickup Group in drop down list. So phones in this hunt group that have the same Call Pickup Group (both phone and hunt group) can pickup each other.
